Gravity Flow Carton Racks for FIFO Inventory Storage and Picking

Gravity flow carton racks provide an efficient storage and picking solution for cartons, boxes, totes, parts, and packaged inventory. Designed for warehouses, distribution centers, fulfillment areas, assembly lines, stockrooms, and order picking operations, these carton flow racks use roller tracks to move product forward for convenient first-in, first-out stock rotation.

FIFO Flow Rack Design

Cartons are gravity fed on rollers, helping operators access the next item quickly while keeping inventory organized by arrival sequence. This improves stock rotation, reduces unnecessary reaching, and supports faster picking in high-volume material handling and replenishment areas.

Heavy-Duty Level Capacity

Each flow level supports 1,000 lb. capacity and includes four pairs of rollers rated at 50 lb. per foot. Five divider sections per level help separate cartons or product lanes, making it easier to organize multiple SKUs within the same rack system.

Depth, Level, and Accessory Options

This family includes 96 inch wide racks in 36 inch and 48 inch depths, with 3, 4, or 5 flow levels. Units are 84 inches high and can be bolted together for additional depth. Available accessories include extra divider sections, additional rollers, and wood top shelves for expanded storage flexibility. Assembly is required, and the baked-in powder coat finish adds durability for daily industrial use.
