Powered Pallet Inverters and Tilt Trucks for Load Rotation

Powered pallet inverters provide a versatile solution for tilting, clamping, rotating, and transporting palletized loads in warehouses, loading docks, production areas, food processing facilities, pharmaceutical operations, and distribution centers. Designed to function as a powered pallet truck, powered pallet tilter, and manual rotation device, these units help reduce manual handling while improving productivity during pallet exchange, load transfer, product inspection, and material repositioning tasks.

Powered Travel and Tilt Operation

DC power lift and drive allow operators to move loads efficiently from workstation to workstation. The ergonomic control handle includes throttle control with forward and reverse travel, tilt and lower controls, horn, and a safety belly reverse button. An electromagnetic disc brake with automatic dead-man feature activates when the handle is released.

Load Handling and Rotation

Each model supports 3,000 lb. capacity loads, with powered tilt up and down operation and manual rotation for controlled pallet inversion. Fork opening ranges are available for different load widths, and low lowered heights help operators engage pallets and containers more easily.

Battery System and Model Configurations

Standard 24V DC operation includes four 6V batteries, an on-board battery charger, battery level gauge, emergency battery disconnect, and horn. Models are available in standard and straddle configurations, with select versions offering wider fork openings or a safety cage enclosure. Polyurethane steer and load wheels provide smooth rolling performance in demanding industrial environments.
