Portable Skid Lifters for Ergonomic Tote, Box, and Basket Positioning

Portable skid lifters provide an efficient way to lift, position, and transport open-bottom skids, boxes, baskets, totes, and work-in-process materials. Designed for warehouses, assembly areas, production lines, packaging stations, and material handling work cells, these units help bring products to a comfortable working height while keeping the load accessible from three sides.

Manual and DC Powered Lift Options

This family includes foot pump operated models and 12V DC powered lift models. For models ending in -HD, the manually operated lift is easy to operate. The foot pump operated lift travels approximately 1/2" per stroke. To lower the -HD units, depress on the bicycle style grip located on the white push bar. The battery operated lift on -DC unit's is ideal for positioning products at workstation height for increased productivity. -DC powered units include one (1) 12V battery, an on-board charger and battery charge indicator gauge. The up/down lever control is located on power unit.

Stable Load Handling

Each model supports 2,200 lb. capacity and offers a service range from 3-1/2 inches to 33 inches. The open fork design allows the lifter to work with compatible open-bottom containers, while polyurethane swivel casters with brakes provide smooth positioning and controlled placement at the workstation.

Fork Spacing and Platform Options

Models are available with different fork spacing to fit various load widths and facility needs. Optional solid steel platforms are available for applications that require a flat deck surface, giving distributors and end users added flexibility for handling totes, cartons, bins, and non-skid loads.
