Crane Mounted Pallet Lifters for Overhead Load Handling
Crane mounted pallet lifters convert an overhead hoist or crane into a fork-style lifting solution for moving palletized loads where a fork truck may not be practical. Designed for construction sites, ship loading, barges, open-top trucks, unpaved storage areas, and material staging zones, these below-the-hook pallet lifters help raise and position loads from above with dependable control.
Heavy-Duty Fork Lifting Design
Solid steel construction provides long service life in demanding lifting applications. Tapered forks allow easier entry into pallet or skid fork openings, while the built-in backstop helps position the load correctly on the tines. Handles on the main support allow personnel to guide and position the lifter when unloaded.
Counterbalanced for Easier Handling
A large square head serves as a counterweight to help keep the lifter level when no load is attached. The lifting bail connects to the hoist hook, allowing palletized materials to be raised, moved, and placed in areas where ground-based equipment has limited access.
Capacities, Fork Lengths, and Options
Models are available with 2,000 lb., 4,000 lb., and 6,000 lb. capacities, with fork lengths from 36 inches to 54 inches depending on capacity. Optional factory-installed adjustable bails and tie down track are available for added load control. Optional Tie Down Track for HDP's - Factory Installed Option Only
Give your products more security with the addition of the optional tie down track. The track is constructed of steel and includes six slots, allowing the user to position the (included) strap at varying heights. The design minimizes set up time, while increasing user safety. With the track welded to the vertical post of the pallet lifter, straps can then be quickly secured to the track and around many products.
