Screw-Style Platform Leveling Jacks for Equipment Stabilization
Screw-style platform leveling jacks provide a dependable way to level, hold, and stabilize platforms, machinery, workstations, and other permanently installed equipment. Designed for controlled height adjustment, these jacks help keep equipment positioned at the required working height while improving stability in industrial, maintenance, manufacturing, and material handling environments.
Permanent Mounting Design
Each jack installs through a 1-1/4 inch diameter hole in the platform and secures between upper and lower mounting flanges. The divided housing design allows the platform to be bolted firmly in place, creating a clean, integrated leveling solution for equipment that needs repeatable support rather than temporary placement.
Controlled Screw Adjustment
The screw-style mechanism provides precise adjustment at a lift rate of 1/4 inch per crank revolution. An 8-1/4 inch folding handle allows operators to raise or lower the jack when needed, then fold the handle down when not in use. A swivel base with a slip-resistant rubber pad helps improve floor contact and stability.
Steel and Stainless Steel Options
This family includes polished chrome steel and stainless steel models with screw travel options from 9 inches to 21 inches. Replacement pads are available for both standard and stainless steel units. These leveling jacks offer a practical, durable solution for stabilizing platforms and equipment at consistent working heights.
