Powered Bale Clamp Stackers for Box, Bale, and Load HandlingPowered bale clamp stackers provide a specialized solution for gripping, lifting, transporting, and positioning bales, boxes, and similar loads without relying on forks. Designed for warehouses, recycling operations, production areas, shipping departments, and machine feeding applications, these counterbalanced stackers help reduce manual handling while improving control during loading, unloading, and material staging tasks. Powered Drive, Lift, and Clamp ControlEach unit combines powered travel with powered lift and bale clamping capability. The ergonomic handle includes variable forward and reverse throttle control, lift and lower functions, and an emergency reverse belly switch that moves the unit away from the operator when activated. The counterbalanced design allows the stacker to approach loads without front support legs interfering with placement. Ride-On Platform and Battery OperationA ride-on platform supports operator convenience during longer travel paths. The 24V DC drive and lift system is powered by onboard batteries and charger, with poly-on-steel steer and load wheels for smooth movement across improved indoor surfaces. Travel speeds support controlled load movement in busy facility environments. Clamp Ranges and CapacityThis family includes models with 800 lb. capacity and a raised height of approximately 52 inches. Bale and box clamping ranges are available from 23-5/8 inches to 41-3/8 inches and from approximately 27 inches to 51 inches, providing practical choices for handling different bale widths, cartons, and compressed material loads.
