Fully Powered Electric Stackers for Pallet, Skid, and Load Positioning
Fully powered electric stackers provide powered drive and powered lift capability for moving, raising, and positioning loads throughout warehouses, stockrooms, production areas, shipping departments, and material handling work cells. Designed to reduce manual effort, these walk-behind stackers help operators transport heavy loads efficiently while improving control during pallet, skid, and workstation placement tasks.
Powered Drive and Lift Performance
High-torque 24V DC drive and lift motors support demanding daily use. The ergonomic handle includes variable forward and reverse throttle control, lift and lower controls, horn, and emergency reverse belly switch. An electromagnetic disc brake with automatic dead-man function activates when the handle is released.
Fork and Leg Configurations
This family includes fixed fork, adjustable fork, fixed support leg, and adjustable support leg configurations to match pallet or skid handling needs. Raised heights range from 62 inches to 150 inches, with capacities up to 2,000 lb. at lower lift heights and reduced ratings at higher elevations depending on model.
Battery System and Options
Each powered stacker includes two 12V lead acid deep cycle batteries, an integral charger, and a battery level gauge for convenient operation. Poly-on-steel steer and load wheels provide smooth travel. Available options include a removable steel platform, AGM maintenance-free battery upgrade, and drum, roll, or reel forks for expanded handling versatility. Battery options available; Absorbed Glass Matt, suffix AGM. Batteries are maintenance free. Sealed construction eliminates periodic watering and corrosive acid fume spills.
Proprietary safety-enhancing emergency reverse function When actuated, the emergency reverse belly switch instantly reverses direction and moves the unit forward (away from the operator) until the switch is released or after five seconds have elapsed. The built-in safety circuit will automatically disable the entire unit if the emergency reverse belly switch is activated for more than 5 seconds after which the unit must be re-set to return to normal operating conditions. This state-of-the-art safety device provides a high degree of operator protection.
