Removable Surface Mount Steel Bollards for Facility and Equipment Protection

Removable surface mount steel bollards provide flexible protection for work areas, racking, doorways, pedestrian zones, machinery, and other high-traffic locations. Designed for indoor or outdoor use, these pipe safety bollards help shield people, property, and equipment from accidental vehicle or material handling contact while allowing quick removal when temporary access is needed.

Quick-Remove Surface Mounted Design

Each bollard fits into a zinc coated steel base plate that bolts directly to the floor or pavement. The post inserts into the base and secures in place for normal use, then can be removed when equipment access, maintenance, cleaning, or layout changes require an open pathway. A padlock may be added to help prevent unauthorized removal (padlock not included).

Heavy-Duty Steel Protection

Welded steel construction provides dependable impact protection in demanding industrial and commercial environments. The safety yellow baked-in powder coat finish increases visibility while adding toughness for long-term use. Removable plastic top caps provide a clean finished appearance and can be replaced if needed.

Sizes and Accessory Options

This family includes 4-1/2 inch and 5-1/2 inch outside diameter bollards in heights from 24 inches to 48 inches, providing options for different protection zones. Additional bases, replacement caps, concrete anchor bolts, chain conversion hardware, and barrier chain are available for creating removable guard layouts, access control lanes, and modular safety barrier systems.
