Permanent Steel Bollards for Concrete Set Safety Barriers

Permanent steel bollards for pour-in-place installation provide long-term protection for buildings, doorways, machinery, utilities, pedestrian areas, loading docks, and traffic lanes. Designed to be embedded in concrete, these safety posts create a fixed protective barrier for indoor or outdoor applications where durable impact protection and a clean finished height are required.

Concrete Embedded Installation

The extended overall length allows the bollard to maintain the intended usable height after being set in concrete. Slide-through lag anchors help secure the post within the poured concrete base, while the removable cap allows the bollard to be filled with concrete for added strength and durability. Assembly is required.

Powder Coat and Galvanized Finishes

Heavy-duty steel construction provides reliable protection in demanding facility environments. Powder coated models feature a tough safety yellow finish for high visibility, while models with the HDG suffix feature hot dipped galvanized steel for enhanced outdoor durability. Black and yellow safety striping helps improve awareness near vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

Heights, Diameters, and Accessories

This family includes usable heights from 25 inches to 72 inches and outside diameters from 4-1/2 inches to 6-5/8 inches, giving distributors and end users multiple choices for layout, visibility, and protection needs. Replacement caps, concrete anchor bolts, chain barrier conversion hardware, and barrier chain are available separately. Users should check applicable state and local requirements before installation.
