Here to put an end to those problems even before they start; is a cargo bar with hoops. The hoops provide an upper and lower level of security in addition to the horizontal presence from the cargo bar itself, while the cargo bar is expandable to fit perfectly into the space parameters of the situation. End plate is rubber padded for gripping action. Assembly is required, but hardware is included!
