Compact Manual and DC Work Positioners for Ergonomic Lifting

Compact work positioners provide a practical way to lift, lower, transport, and position lightweight loads in narrow aisles, confined work areas, assembly stations, packaging lines, laboratories, maintenance departments, and production floors. Designed to reduce lifting strain and improve access to materials, these manually maneuvered positioners help place parts, boxes, reels, containers, and components at a comfortable working height.

Manual and Powered Lift Choices

This family includes manual hand crank models and DC powered lift models to match different workload and frequency needs. Manual models provide controlled lifting with simple hand operation, while DC powered units include two 12V AGM batteries, an integral charger, and powered lift control for faster height adjustment.

Compact Mobility and Control

Open-sided platforms provide access for a variety of items while helping limit product abrasion. Two swivel load casters and two total-locking swivel steering polyurethane casters support smooth movement and precise positioning. An automatic brake system assists with controlled lowering during use.

Capacities, Materials, and Attachments

Models are available with capacities from 220 lb. to 550 lb. and service ranges up to 67 inches. Steel and 304 stainless steel construction options support standard industrial or washdown-sensitive environments. Quick-change attachments include single spindle, double spindle, reel rotator, and V-block options for expanded handling versatility.
