Knockdown Fixed Height Steel Gantry Cranes for Industrial Lifting

Knockdown fixed height steel gantry cranes provide a durable lifting solution for shops, warehouses, maintenance departments, fabrication areas, and jobsite material handling applications. Designed for semi-permanent or permanent use, these cranes help lift and position heavy loads where overhead lifting is needed without installing a fixed building-mounted crane system.

Knockdown Design for Storage and Transport

The knockdown construction allows the gantry crane to be disassembled when not in use, supporting compact storage and easier transportation between work areas or jobsites. The quick setup design helps facilities adapt lifting equipment to changing workflow needs. Assistance from a fork truck is required during setup.

Heavy-Duty Steel Construction

Welded steel construction and a durable blue painted finish provide long-lasting performance in demanding industrial environments. Four 8 inch swivel casters with four-position locks support mobility and controlled positioning when the unit is unloaded. Caster materials vary by capacity, with glass-filled nylon, phenolic, or steel casters depending on model.

Capacities, Lengths, and Options

This family includes capacities from 2,000 lb. to 10,000 lb. and I-beam lengths from 10 feet to 20 feet, giving distributors and end users a range of lifting spans and load ratings. Hoists & Trollies can be ordered seperately.  Available options include power traction drives, V-groove track, and stationary leg kits for select models. Units should not be moved while loaded.  All units comply with applicable ANSI specifications.
